Head of Sales

Banjo's Corporation is a well-established bakery chain founded in 1984 with a strong focus on quality and innovation. Our Glenelg store operates 7 days a week, offering a wide range of delicious pies, pastries, and coffee to our customers.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at this busy location. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, leading by example, and ensuring high-quality food production and presentation.

About the Role

• Main Responsibilities: Exceeding customer expectations through fast and friendly service, inspiring staff to achieve more, producing and serving high-quality foods, drinks, and coffees, following established WHS practices, working across various shifts, and being available for weekend and public holiday work.

• You will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working as part of a team.
• You take pride in merchandising café products and providing exceptional customer service.
