- Apr 12, 2023- We are currently seeking a Numeracy Tutors to join a Catholic School in Melton, Melbourne, for a 2-day-a-week (15.2 hours a week) position for a contract, starting Term 2 until 17th Nov 2023.
- This role would be suitable for students studying Education, and looking to upskill and increase their experience in working with secondary students.**Responsibilities**:
- Develop personalised assistance to meet the specific needs of each selected students.
- Reinforce math concepts, principles, and problem-solving strategies using clear and concise language.
- Provide feedback to teachers on student progress.

Skills Needed:
- Expertise in mathematics, including knowledge of algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and calculus.
- Ability to explain complex math concepts in simple terms.
- Patience and the ability to work with students of different learning abilities.
- Good communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and their families.
- Requirements:

- Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
- Strong Mathematical skills
