**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**

We’re seeking a **Digital Content Specialist** to join Marketing & Partners team. In this role, you’ll be is responsible for conceptualising, planning, and producing a diverse range of digital content to engage and educate Kinetic IT’s target audiences as well as drive traffic to the website. You’ll also be responsible for managing and executing the social media strategy to drive engagement with the brand.

The role will work closely with the broader marketing team and collaborate with cross-functional teams across the business to bring compelling stories to life through various digital channels, contributing to the brand’s online presence and strategic goals.

- Planning, creating, and executing content strategies with key stakeholders to drive engagement, leads and traffic.
- Managing the social media plan and execute regular posts across a range of social platforms.
- Building templates, content, and tools to raise brand awareness for increased consideration for tender submission.
- Writing compelling and copy for blogs, whitepapers and articles that adheres to the brand voice.
- Undertaking keyword research to identify keywords that drive traffic and content consumption and implement for SEO best practices.
- Communicating, collaborating, and liaising with the Marketing team and stakeholders.

**KEEN TO GET INVOLVED? YOU'LL JUST NEED SOME OF THE FOLLOWING**:

- 3-5 years of experiences in Digital Content, Journalist, or a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS), social media management tools, and digital marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with analytics tools to measure content performance and derive actionable insights.
- Proven experience in planning and producing digital content.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimisation techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
