Eku Energy Asia Pacific is looking for a Business Manager to support the leadership team across its rapidly growing energy storage APAC region.

Eku Energy is an energy storage player that develops, builds, owns, and operates grid scale battery storage projects across several markets globally including the UK, Australia, Japan, and Taiwan. **Your role at Eku**:
As Business Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the global and Asia Pacific Management team, establishing, and leading the physical office environment as well as assisting in the management and monitoring aspects of accounting, investment/ project management and administration. This includes working with other key people responsible for these areas both regionally and at the head office. You will ensure that issues are resolved, and the appropriate skilled people are involved in resolution.

Reporting to the Head of Asia Pacific, you will be an integral part of the management team where you will work closely with the business and support units locally and regionally on all business related matters including IT, human resources, accounting, tax, legal & compliance, the project/ investment management, administration & reporting.

**About you**
***:

- You already have demonstrable experience in an administrative business management role or equivalent administrative role supporting a leadership team and seeking a step up.
- You are able to organise your priorities and complete a range of competing tasks and projects as well as have excellent numeracy, presentation, communication, and people management skills.
- You think strategically and able to anticipate risks or potential issues.
- You like to focus on solutions to challenges. You can react quickly and troubleshoot.
- Strong experience in Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Demonstrable experience of using CRM and ERP software packages is also highly desirable but if you haven't had experience, you feel comfortable learn how to use them. You enjoy working in a global setting with a diverse team.
