**Job Description**:
A fantastic opportunity exists for an enthusiastic Housekeeping Allrounder to join the Housekeeping team at Sofitel Melbourne on Collins. As a Linen Attendant, you primarily work independently, but you are also an integral part of one of our largest and most important departments - Housekeeping. You are responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of linen and other Housekeeping stock throughout the hotel.

To be successful in this role, you are a team player with an excellent attention to detail, availability to work a rotating roster between 6am and 8pm and above all else, pride yourself on delivering flawless guest experiences. This role is also quite physical, so you won't need to exercise once your day is done

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**:

- Controlling the movement of clean linen, chemicals, amenities and guest supplies throughout the property to ensure Room Attendants have a clear run on their shift;
- Stock storage rooms;
- Delivering a memorable experience for our guests with passion and professionalism;
- Attending to guests’ requests quickly and efficiently, constantly striving to provide total customer satisfaction;
- Maintaining strict security procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to work on your own as well as part of our Housekeeping team
- Have an excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Good communication skills
- Awareness of manual handling and WHS is essential;
- Availability to work a rotating roster including weekdays, weekends and public holidays
- Previous housekeeping experience is an asset
