SBS CulturalConnect is a team of strategy, creative and solutions specialists that connect organisations to culture, community and Country across SBS’ ecosystem.

Within this division is a dedicated Creative Services team, who support the SBS Media Sales Division Nationally by conceptualising and implementing creative campaigns for clients across SBS platforms including TV, On Demand, online, social media and radio.

**The Role**

The CulturalConnect Team within SBS Media Sales is seeking an experienced, dynamic & tenacious team player to join us in the position of Creative Implementation Executive. This integral member of the team is responsible for project management and implementation of cross-platform campaigns for clients and the SBS Media trade brand.

The role works closely with the CulturalConnect client solutions team and provides creative and production support to the wider Sales team. The role will engage with other areas of the business including online, technology, content, marketing and sport to ensure flawless execution and project management of cross-platform campaigns.

We’re seeking someone who can be a positive, representative of the wider CulturalConnect Team, is strong at building beneficial relationships across SBS internal divisions, client and production supplies - and can operate effectively and in an efficient manner in-line with our reactive & deadline driven business.

The Creative Implementation Executive is responsible for a range of tasks including, but not limited to:

- Providing support to the Creative and Implementation teams, the wider CulturalConnect team and the sales team on client integrated campaigns
- Project manage small to large creative commercial projects from concept to completion, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget, while achieving effective outcomes for SBS and our advertising clients.
- Implementation and monitoring of digital and social campaigns in Ads Manager and CMS Platforms.
- Define requirements, timelines, scope of work documentation, project plans, estimates of production costs and budget management of projects.
- Working as part of the CulturalConnect team, brainstorm, ideate, develop and prepare presentation slides of creative and innovative solutions (activations &/or sponsorships) for advertisers to engage with the SBS consumer across all platforms (TV, Digital, Social, Radio, Events, In-language).

**About you**

You should have demonstrated experience in production and creative development in a media, marketing, TV, film and/or advertising environment.
- Thorough understanding of creative and production processes and best practice.
- Comfortable negotiating contracts with third party providers, talent, suppliers and casual employees
- Experience producing project documentation such as creative proposals, production project plans and workflow diagrams.
- Strong knowledge of digital & social platforms and backend implementation within Ads Manager and CMS platforms.
- Ideally you should have a thorough understanding of commercial opportunities and be able to help strengthen and grow the team’s capabilities in this rapidly changing environment.
