**Position**
The key responsibilities of the Project Finance Administrator include:

- project system maintenance
- Invoice preparation and processing
- debtor management
- project review at month-end and accurate reporting
- variation tracking
- approving timesheets and generating reports for client
- work with the project managers to ensure compliance from a finance perspective and attend meetings
- Set up projects in the system, performing checks and overseeing fee proposals and contracts
- ensure project is aligned to budget, reviewing and allocating revenue as requested
- ensure project documentation maintained in relation to invoices, payment claims, stat declaration forms, new vendor forms etc.
- liaise with internal and external stakeholders to handle queries and meet all project deadlines.

**Profile**
You will bring similar project coordination expertise and good financial knowledge and skills from a large/complex organisation. You will be a clear and confident communicator able to engage with stakeholders and use your initiative to support queries and project delivery. You will have a proactive approach and enthusiasm for learning; there is scope for this position to evolve over time and for your career to develop as the company continues to grow.

**Benefits**
