You will be looking after both On and Off Premise accounts with a focus on long term relationships and portfolio growth. Your key focus will be to sell the beverages portfolio in line with annual sales budgets and stretch targets, supported by the annual marketing plans.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Building mutually beneficial relationships with on and off premise customers
- Pursue sales leads to meet or exceed sales targets
- Delivering brand education and training to key accounts
- Establish sales plans to meet KPI targets
- Track sales/status reports in CRM
- Ensure promotions/activations are inline with company plan/catalogs
- Recognise new customer opportunities and competitor threats
- Confidently manage and grow your geographic territory

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous sales experience within the drinks industry
- Proven ability to build professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Genuinely passionate about the world of beer and its community
- Developed commercial, negotiation and organisational skills
