About the Role:
As the Digital Content Lead at AGL, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital content strategy across our customer-facing sales and service channels. You will lead a team responsible for creating and optimizing digital content for our website, mobile apps, and account management platforms. This role offers the opportunity to drive impactful initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What you’ll be doing:
- Lead the development and implementation of digital content strategies.- Establish and maintain a digital content governance model.- Manage and mentor a team of Content Designers and Digital Copywriters.- Collaborate with product development leaders to address content experience challenges.- Ensure delivery of SEO-friendly and accessible digital content aligned with brand guidelines.- Build productive relationships with internal teams to align content with organizational needs.- Lead digital content implementation for organization-wide initiatives and marketing campaigns.- Manage content resourcing, prioritization, and allocation of work.

About you:
- Demonstrated experience in a digital content leadership role.- Proven track record of delivering sales and service outcomes through digital content.- Experience working with high-traffic, content-driven websites.- Understanding of UX principles and designing digital content experiences.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.- Strong analytical skills and ability to use metrics to inform content decisions.- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience optimizing content for search.- Experience working in an Agile environment is preferred.- Experience in a regulated environment is desired but not mandatory.
