**Machine Operator - Aseptic Filling Machine**

**Nepean River Dairy (a Nature One Dairy Group company)** is an established Australian dairy company producing a diverse range of products for the domestic and international markets.

We are a rapidly expanding business, and are looking for self-motivated machine operators to join our team based at our Winston Hills manufacturing plant.

**Key Responsibilities -**
- To set up and run production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently including fillers, packers, and labellers
- To conduct all quality control checks, measures and controls as required to ensure food safety and quality.
- Conduct all CIP cleans and sterilisation of equipment as required and record
- Inspecting product for visual defects and complete inspection report on a periodic basis
- Working in cooperation to keep the machine stocked and running with fitments
- Leave area in a clean condition and complete all cleaning duties as required including removal and correct disposal of rubbish
- Assist with preventative maintenance as required
- Assist in the training of other staff members as appropriate.

**Key Requirements -**
- Experience in UHT beverage production using SIG or Tetra Pak aseptic filling machines; or
- Demonstrated previous experience in food and beverage manufacturing within a packaging / bottling operation
- A flexible and energetic approach to ensure the job gets done right the first time whilst maintaining safe working practices
- An understanding of HACCP and GMP with strong attention to detail, safety, and reliability
- Has a keen eye for detail and ability to troubleshoot.

**Salary**: $29.40 - $38.22 per hour

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Shift work

- Australia (preferred)
