- Ventia are seeking First Nations Australians for multiple Grounds Maintenance positions based at RAAF Base Edinburgh.- In line with our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) we focus on the following areas:

- Relationships - we see that having strong, sustainable and respectful relationships with First Nations people and their communities is crucial to ‘closing the gap’ of disadvantage between First Nations and non-Non First Nations Australians;
- Respect - we recognise and respect the local customs and practices of First Nations people and their communities and the importance of these practices in preserving and protecting their culture; and
- Opportunities - we are committed to providing long-term, sustainable employment, training, education and business opportunities for First Nations peoples and their communities.**Position includes, but are not limited to**:

- Operate ride on mower, whipper snipper and other equipment
- Upkeep and maintain gardens and lawns.
- Participate in general labouring of the grounds, (and assist other trades and services) building and plumbing trade sites or as directed.
- Regularly clean (and conduct daily maintenance of) vehicles, grounds equipment, machinery and tools.
- Hours are Monday to Friday, 6.30am-3.00pm. You have the choice to be employed on a Permanent full-time wage of $24.12 per hour or a full-time or Part
- Time Casual at $30 per hour (inclusive of casual loading).**What's in it for you**:
