Sitting in our services leadership group you will embody the role of mentor and coach to your extraordinary team enabling them to provoke the developing minds of children in the most astonishing ways.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Bachelor or Diploma in Early Education or working towards a Bachelor
- A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
- Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
- Experience as an educational leader highly regarded
