WTW is seeking a full time Account Executive to join our fast paced and vibrant Affinity team in our Melbourne office.

**The Role**
- Developing and maintaining business relationships with new and existing clients and insurers.
- Identifying insurable risks and designing and negotiating appropriate insurance solutions for the client.
- Provide support to Senior Brokers in managing larger clients’ insurance, risk management and programs
- Contribute to the overall achievement of the new business target on an annual basis for the team
- Prepare client documentation including premium funding quotes.
- Promoting the WTW brand within the insurance industry both locally and nationally.

**The Requirements**
- Experience as an Account Broker or Account Executive gained within the insurance or insurance broking industry
- Proven ability to understand and meet a client’s needs
- Tier 1 (insurance broking) qualification and demonstrated commercial acumen
- Proficient level of competency in Word, Excel and knowledge of PowerPoint
- Strong oral and written communication skills, whether one-on-one or to a group
- With a high-volume portfolio your excellent prioritisation and time management skills keep you ahead of your schedule and workload
- Professional, reliable and able to work autonomously with mínimal guidance
- Have a commitment to innovation as we develop propositions to meet the rapidly changing industry landscape
- Thrive in a team-oriented environment and always be willing to help your colleagues
