**About the role**

Operational management and organisational development and improvement activities across SWDS, and at times the organisation, ensuring the delivery of quality public oral health services

Changing cultures, structures, processes and systems and developing policies, procedures, work practices and initiatives to ensure organisational targets and priorities are achieved effectively and efficiently and are evaluated

Collaboration with the Statewide Management Executive Group to provide support and leadership to District Managers (DM’s), senior clinicians and other senior managers both within and outside of SWDS

**Essential Requirements**:

- Current National Police Clearance (NPC)
- Working With Children Check (DHS)
- Immunisation screening as indicated in the role description. SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
