**About the role.**:
The Principal Investigator leads and conducts compliance activities including complex investigations, audits and prosecutions to promote compliance with NSW legislation and guidelines.

This role act as a resource for managers and team members. You will develop and maintain specialist regulatory knowledge and skills, and effectively contribute to ongoing development needs related to the Department’s regulatory role.

- You’re adaptable, resilient, and agile and can maintain a high level of professionalism when communicating with team members and other stakeholders.
- You’re experience in conducting prosecutions, case and complaint management.
- You have extensive knowledge and understanding of NSW Industrial relations legislation.
- You can conduct formal investigations, gather evidence and review processes.
- You have a NSW Practicing Certificate.
- You can easily develop and maintain effective working relationships and communications with internal and external stakeholders.

**Salary**: Clerk Grade 9/10. Package includes base salary ($120,859 - $133,183) plus superannuation and leave loading.
