Acclimatise Pty Ltd is seeking a **Junior Business Support Officer/ServiceNow Consultant** to join a prominent Government program in Canberra ACT. The role on offer is for a contract role

**The Role**
Working in a small team of 4 you will share responsibilities across the team which cover the following:
- Providing Business and Project Support with helping to end users on creating projects, managing them, and learning how to use ServiceNow.
- Managing Service Manager (DSMS - Defence Service Management System) queues for ServiceNow end user support requests via Service Request Forms (SRFs) & Incidents (INMs) that are logged through the Log a Job Online (eP3M Items) by end users.
- Triaging SRFs, Change Tasks, and Incidents onto our eP3M Platform Team when they cannot be resolved within our Business Support Team.
- Providing ServiceNow training and guidance to end users via our eP3M learning documentation portal on VERA & MS Teams.
- Assisting the Project’s ServiceNow Trainers when training sessions are occurring to provide all training users with the right level of access, along with troubleshooting any login errors that they may be experiencing.
- Providing ad-hoc Change Management support to the eP3M Platform Team.
- Support training for new and existing users, serving as the primary contact for all training inquiries within the EP3M Business Support.
- Set up training accounts and assist in delivering both live and self-paced training sessions.
- Create, review, and maintain training materials including documents, exercises, videos, slideshows, and a Teams site.
- Provide live support during training sessions, offering walkthroughs and troubleshooting assistance.
- Support 'Log a Job Online' (LaJO) requests, handling access inquiries, new project creation, and incident resolution.
- Assist in advancing the maturity of the project as it grows into a sustained capability, supporting the Business Support leadership and team.
