**Roles & Responsibilities**
- _Roster and staff management _

Informing OM of recruitment requirements within the home in conjunction with HR/Operations

Report to OM any need for individual team performance.

Collaboration with OM to manage rosters and leave for each home.

Ensuring policies and procedures are being followed within the homes.

Help manage rosters

Provide feedback on casual/PT pool to assist the OM to offer contracts

Ensure all staff are inducted into the homes and are aware of their requirement to complete quality reporting
- Client service delivery

Attending appointments where required

Management of home diary and appointment calendar on gdrive

Assist the OM with inducting new staff into the home
- _Budget responsibilities for homes _

Management of home cards, fuel expenses, shopping costs, adhoc expenses and client expenditure

Ensuring recipes are filed and available to the OM for end of month reconciliation
- _Client and Stakeholder Responsibility _

General communication with families and stakeholders within your designated homes

Prepare reports and information for NDIS meetings including individual planning meeting core supports and SIL meetings or reviews
- _Client care responsibilities _

Support the OM with RPA reports and ensuring staff are compliant within the home.

Medication management within the home - charts/webster's etc.

Ensure incident reporting is complete and OM is aware

Build positive relationships with key stakeholders including guardians and other service providers.

Liaise with allied health providers and medical providers as needed and ensure all appointments are attended and recommendations are embedded into the home.

Ensuring best practice is being met and all services delivered with quality care.

All client documentation is up to date and emergency folders and profiles completed
- _Support the on-call emergency roster _

Support the rotating on-call roster
- _Systems Supports_

Ensuring Gdrive and software systems are being utilised correctly.

Utilisation of Shiftcare

All internal systems managed and accessed correctly.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- 8 hour shift
- On call
