**Join the friendly and professional team as a Spiritual Care Coordinator with Flinders Medical Centre**

**About the Role**:
Spiritual Care is a unique and integral part of SALHN's patient and staff care. The Spiritual Care team provides patient-centred spiritual care and contribute to holistic and inclusive care that promotes wellness, resilience and participation. SALHN is seeking a Spiritual Care Coordinator to work in a shared role, supporting and coordinating the Spiritual Care team in delivering high quality spiritual support to the patients, families and staff of SALHN. The Co-ordinators are responsible for the accountability and oversight of the Spiritual Care Service within the SALHN.

**About you**:
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field.-
- Eligibility for appropriate Membership with Spiritual Care Australia.- Proven leadership skills to help support and develop a positive organisational culture and work practices focused on success.
- Proven experience managing, developing and coordinating a service with similar levels of complexity in large organisationally complex contexts.
