- Shadow our CEO to capture and film quality content
- Assemble, upload, and cut footage captured
- Have Producer experience, knowing how to get the best out of camera talent
- Be a strong communicator
- Have a clean video workflow & take notes of what’s happening throughout the course of the day
- Have a strong eye for composition and set design
- Generate new content ideas
- Be in office full time (5 days a week, Monday to Friday)
- Be extremely trustworthy
- Be on call to go on trips with short notice (weekends and holidays included)
- Be responsible and 100% accountable to grow our YouTube channel’s subscribers to meet set targets
- Produce content from start to finish with the end goal of increasing our YouTube channel’s number of subscribers

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor of Arts - Media and Communications
- Must have Permanent Residency
- Proven track-record of building and growing a following
- Passionate about building and growing a YouTube channel

**Familiar with**:

- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Understanding of DSLR Cameras
- Adobe products (Photoshop After Effects, Lightroom, Audition)
- Colour Grading, Audio Mixing
- CC programs
