**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and oversee various packaging machinery to ensure accurate and efficient packaging processes.
- Conduct gluing (straight line, crash lock bottom, peel and seal), box folding, die-cutting, and other relevant tasks.
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the production process.
- Conduct regular calibration and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal machine efficiency and product quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain quality control standards throughout the production process.
- Collaborate with team members to maximise productivity and efficiency in the production environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Machine Operator, preferably with die cutters in the packaging, print or processing industry.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and calibrating machinery is desirable.
- Forklift licence is advantageous but not essential.
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical assessment as required.
