**What you'll do
The Chapter Lead will report to the Head of Experience Management & Ops in the Enablement Domain and will be responsible for managing the Digital Content management chapter, leading team and outcomes across customer touchpoints and products in the relevant Domains.

**What you'll bring
- 7+ years eCom or digital experience - preferably in a retail environment
- 2+ years experience in direct or indirect team leadership
- Experience in the development and delivery of digital solutions for BAU functions and portfolio programs
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills in a team environment, Adobe suite experience preferred Demonstrated experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) to manage and publish website content, preferably AEM
