Programmed Care is looking for a compassionate, caring and supportive support worker to work a rotating roster up to 35 hours per week including some weekends and overnight visits.

Our long term, female client requires assistance with **household chores, meal preparation, personal care, and social activities and interaction** in her home and in the community.

Rotating or flexible roster including Morning, Afternoon and Night shifts as well the opportunity to work with other clients in the same area if suitable.

**To be considered for this rewarding role you must be able to provide the following**:

- Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support or Disability (or commensurate experience)
- Minimum six months recent experience in a Support role
- NDIS Workers Clearance (or willingness to obtain)

Applicants with working experience (or commensurate life experience) in working with people with Disabilities industry will be highly regarded.
