Are you interested in recruitment but lack experience? We're seeking individuals with positive can-do attitudes, a thirst for learning, and heaps of self-motivation. Become a part of our team as an Associate Recruitment Consultant in our Melbourne office and embark on our
**13-week (Paid) Growth Program starting on JANUARY 24th, 2024.**

**Your Role**:
**Key Requirements**:

- Approach each day with high energy and drive, ready to pick up the phone and gain confidence as a specialist in government contract recruitment.
- Previous Recruitment Experience is not needed.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
