**Part-time Salary**: $58,613 pro rata (includes July CPI increase) + 12.5% superannuation.

**Casual rate**: $ 35.59 per hour +12.0% superannuation.
- Two roles are available including a casual role and a permanent - part-time role.

**About the role**:
This role contributes to the success of the City by working as the first point of contact between the general public and the Council, the role assists clients with queries and payments, both face-to-face and over the phone and provides general administrative assistance within the Unit.

Role accountabilities include:

- Provide high quality customer service and represent the Council in a positive and
professional manner.
- Provide assistance to customers with queries such as but not limited to, development appraisal, animal management and residential parking.
- Process payments for a variety of Council activities such as but not limited to, rates and parking infringements and maintaining accuracy in cash handling

- Certificate IV or higher in Front Line Management, Business/Administration or similar working experience.
- Current Driver Licence.
