You will be working as a **Recruitment Advisor** which involves building relationships with local businesses and brokering opportunities for our customers (whether that’s an apprenticeship or a work opportunity). If you are the type of person who can strike up a conversation with anyone and build positive, long-standing working relationships, then we want to hear from you

**No experience is required for this role.** **All you need is the right attitude, and we’ll provide the rest**

This is a full-time position with the option of a **monthly accrued day off and other flexible working arrangements**.

**No direct experience is required for these roles, however there are some things that are required**:

- Strong administration skills
- Current Driver’s Licence and the ability to travel between different ETC sites
