**The Opportunity**:
**A day in the Life**:

- Maintain a neat and tidy office environment
- Greet visitors warmly and make them feel welcome
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Monitor office supply levels and procure new items as required
- Respond to ‘Ops Desk’ tickets, which may involve:

- Basic legal research and memo writing
- Proofreading documents
- Arranging mail and couriers
- Compiling documents and binding
- Filing documents at local courts
- Assist with basic HR tasks, such as helping to prepare for new starters
- Interested in corporate and commercial law.
- Passionate about helping clients: You are dedicated to exceeding client expectations.
- Personable, empathetic and understanding: A friendly and professional demeanour, as this role will have client-facing elements.
- Tech savvy: You will be using our innovative in-house technology to assist clients. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills will complement this well.
- Cool and calm under pressure: The ability to effectively manage competing priorities and solve multiple problems quickly.
- A law student with impressive grades is ideal. Work experience in customer-centric industries will also be valued.
