Launch is excited to be working with a leading global IT services and business solutions provider on a Senior Sales role in the Digital Enterprise space.

**About the role**

This is a newly created role as a Client Partner where you will be reporting to the Head of Sales and partnering with the principal consultants and solution architects internally. You will be responsible for taking ownership for the successful development, delivery and management of client projects and be the enabler for growth.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Developing new business opportunities through various sales methodologies
- Bringing in new logos and business
- End to end sales activities for example: opportunity qualification, subscriber acquisition and retention and more.
- Facilitating roadmaps to help client’s visions through the power of AI, Engineering and Design
- Prioritising opportunities and managing time and resources appropriately
- Communicating feedback back to stakeholders and support solution development
- Forecasting excellent sales opportunities all whilst tracking and using critical metrics to ensure sales success.
- Managing P&L of the account, meeting margins and ensure revenue targets and client engagement/satisfaction is measured through NPS.

**About you**

You will be an experienced, enthusiastic and goal driven sales expert with a deep understanding of the digital space (Data/Analytics, Enterprise Apps and Digital Staff Aug). You possess both excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships quickly with both internal and external stakeholders. You will be adept at client negotiation, channel partnering and vendor management.

You will have experience across the following:

- Strong Sales focus - you will need to be goals orientated and target driven
- Excellent digital products background (this is a non-negotiable)
- Agile environment experience
- Excellent and proven negotiation skills
- Proven history of Sales experience and success
- Strong history of Account Management in the Digital space
- Excellent Client Management experience
- Proven Stakeholder Management skills and experience
- Strong Vendor Management skills
