What is the role?
As an Admin Assistant at the Welshpool Centre, you will need to:
Support the centre directors in achieving key business deliverables.
Provide a warm welcome to families in the centres, online and on the phone.
Perform key business tasks such as filing, maintaining families’ accounts, and overseeing the centres waitlist.
Comply with National Quality Standards (NQS) and Goodstart Policies and Procedures.
Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families.
Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.
Contribute to a professional and positive work culture.

What do you need?
Exceptional customer service skills, prior experience in a similar role is highly regarded.
An ability to multi-task and prioritise your work while remaining efficient and proactive.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Prior experience in a childcare centre or the early education sector is advantageous.
A diploma in Administration or similar is highly advantageous.
Must hold, or be willing to obtain, a national Working With Children Check card.
