Digital Homecare Manager

About the job
**ABOUT THE JOB**
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Responsible for the digital Home Care and Direct To Patient business defining the right strategies, roadmap and features to drive sustainable growth
- Lead and support the implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud for Home Care services to patient and Customer Care team with third party agencies
- Work closely with platform users, sales, customer care, IT, healthcare, and third party agency teams to ensure the performance and functionality of the platform
- Develop a deep understanding of our Patients and Health Care Professionals (HCPs) as well as emerging needs/ trends in the competitive landscape
- Manage the online medical portfolio available for patients in collaboration with Brand and E-business teams
- Create communication medium and resource centre for patients and HCPs
- Execute all administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports, dashboards and workflows
- Maintain data integration processes between Salesforce and other services in collaboration with IT and agency partners
About you
**ABOUT YOU**
Ideally you will have:
- 3 years experience in a relevant CRM or Product Manager role
- Experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud (or similar), JIRA and Confluence is desirable
- Working knowledge of SAP is desirable however not essential
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships with ease
