We are looking for a Bookkeeper to join our friendly practice. We are dedicated to delivering the highest quality back-office services to our clients. 

This person needs to be honest and trustworthy, accountable, takes pride in his/her work, organised and keen to develop and participate in team settings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations
- Accounts Payable
- Account Receivable
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Month end journals and reporting
- Payroll including Superannuation and PAYG
- Assist in preparation of statutory returns including GST/FBT
- General related administration duties and telephone management

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Preferably a minimum 1 years' experience working in a professional services organisation with solid experience in a similar role
- Certificate IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping and Xero Certification is ideal
- Experience using Xero, MYOB, Dropbox, Microsoft Office
- Excel - Intermediate
- Attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities
- Results orientated and pro-active attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines, well organised
- Self-motivated
- Keen attitude

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

**Education**:

- High School (Year 12) (required)

- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
