Working
**Full time **we are currently seeking a
**Mandarin-speaking Receptionist** to be the backbone of support to a high-performing property management team.

**This role is Monday - Saturday (5 days only)**

**(With a day off during the week to make up for Saturday)**

On a day to day basis, your duties will include but not limited to:

- Answering and Diverting Calls
- Meeting & Greeting clients
- Providing administration support to a busy Property Management team
- Updating and managing the database
- Preparing leases and sending letters
- Booking appointments
- Updating tenant and landlord files
- Updating and maintaining the website
- Previous Real Estate experience is preferred
- A current certificate of Registration or willingness to obtain
- High level of customer service
- Outstanding administration skills
- Able to work well in a team environment
- **Exceptional communication in both English & Mandarin**
