Reporting directly to the Venue Manager, you will have the opportunity to shape a dynamic culture for the venue and its team in line with strategic plans. Your input will be sought in identifying areas for development. You will be responsible for driving the performance of the venue in conjunction with the Management team through implementing plans in line with the business objectives.

Key responsibilities:

- Direct face to face customer service.
- Hands on leadership and accountability of the team, including supervision and evaluation of performances.
- Creating and maintaining an atmosphere where customer service standards can thrive.
- Driving sales to meet targets and budgets and controlling operational costs.
- Meeting compliance in all regulatory and company standards.

To be successful for the role applicants will need the following:

- To be able to lead from the front and set the best of example.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate large teams.
- Have suitable experience in hospitality management
- Have a strong understanding of the hotel industry, market trends, customer service standards and how to exceed them.
- The ability to engage and build relationships with regular clientele.
- Have a professional manner and presentation.
- Have roster availability in line with business needs.
- Have required certificates and licences.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
