Academic Media supply branded products to the Education Market essentially: we supply Diaries, Yearbooks, Student Clothing and also provide Promotional Products and General Printing. We are located a short stroll from Green Square in Alexandria NSW.

**Here is why we need you**

Our team are looking for an outgoing, charismatic and pro-active go getter who has a passion for diaries, yearbooks, promotional products, media and sales to join us in an administration and customer service role.

In this diverse entry level role, you will be a pivotal member of the team, providing sales administration support and working closely with the sales team, graphics designers and clients.

Day to day will see you handle a high volume of sales administration requests where your flawless attention to detail will see you thrive. You’ll love being a team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain customer database and ensure information is up to date.
- Accurately process and manage sales orders and arrange quotes to customer given tight deadlines.
- Liaise closely with the Team to ensure order deadlines and delivery targets are met and resolve concerns or issues.

To be successful you should have a clear & strong level of verbal as well as written communication & be able to maintain a happy and positive customer service attitude.

**Bonus Leave**

2 weeks extra annual leave is offered in addition to the standard 4 weeks annual leave, giving you 6 weeks leave a year.
