About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Casual Customer Service and Sales Assistant at our Alexandria store.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and expanding our Trade Loyalty Program, and developing strong product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.

You will also be expected to achieve and exceed personal sales targets, support other team members to ensure business goals are met, and contribute to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess strong communication skills, the ability to genuinely connect with customers, and an energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of your job.

You will also have previous experience in a customer service environment, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for sales and building strong customer relationships.
