Qantas Freight is Australia’s largest independent air freight services business, moving over 4000 air freight shipments across more than 500 destinations globally.

As an Agent Freight Operations, you will assist with the delivery of Imports and the acceptance of Export Freight to customers. You will deliver total customer satisfaction through the accurate and efficient performance of clerical duties associated with the delivery and acceptance of Import and Export Freight.

You’ll have
- Previous experience in a logistics, freight or airline environment is desirable but not essential
- The ability to work a 7 day rotational shift roster including night shift
- Previous face-to-face customer service skills and experience (desirable but not essential)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work as a team or independently
- Attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
- The ability to obtain a Dangerous Goods Certification
- An unrestricted Drivers licence and the ability to obtain an Air-side Drivers Licence
