**THE ROLE**

As part of our diverse team based in **Sydney, George Street**, you will help make a positive impact on someone’s life every day. You will feel great satisfaction knowing your talent and hard work has a purpose.

As part of the NSW CTP team, you will be part of the wider CTP business unit that includes teams in South Australia and Victoria jurisdictions.

This is a Case Manager role undertaking full end to end case management under the 2017 NSW CTP scheme. Yes that is right - no tail MACA claims.

To be successful in this role you would demonstrate an ability to be utilise best practice case management skills while managing a caseload of claims within the legislation.

This will be a **permanent** position based in the **Sydney office**.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Managing a portfolio of CTP claims
- Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver personalised claims management strategies that support the achievement of high quality outcomes
- Working in accordance with relevant legislative and regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures
- Providing a service experience that is tailored, effective and client focused.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Demonstrated experience in claims management
- Personal injury experience in alternative schemes is also highly desirable
- An empathetic, resilient, and motivational approach to provide customer centric support;
- A driven professional with highly developed written and verbal communication skills, outstanding organisational and coordination skills;
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn;
- Sound analytical, problem solving and decision making skills;
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management;
- Be outcome/results focused
