**About the Opportunity**

**This role will work an alternating roster of 8:00am - 4:00pm and/or 10:00am to 6:00pm. **Itwill be based out of our newly refurbished offices located in Eight Mile Plains. There are plenty of cafes around and easy access from the main transport routes. School Plus offers a hybrid work model, with the optional work from home days (1-2 days per week). The **Customer Service Administrator** will be responsible for supporting our families and programs through the following:

- resolving customer concerns or complaints
- assisting with parent accounts, weekly billing, setting up payment plans and debt recovery
- ensuring data integrity and customer privacy is maintained at all times
- managing the Medical Registers, Emergency Drills, Responsible Persons Registers, First Aid Checklists, Additional Activity Sign Out process & audits.
- assisting with Inclusion Support Claims
- supporting programs with QikKids software support & training
- assisting with sending of any bulk communications to parents
- completing any adhoc administrative duties as required

**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- Previous experience in Outside School Hours Care (OSHC)
- Previous experience in a customer service-based environment
- Previous experience using QikKids (desirable)
- Excellent ability to resolve customer concerns
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good administrative and MS Office competency

The **Customer Service Administrator** will be an essential part of our organisation to enhance the parent experience and ensuring each of School Plus programs continues to **G.R.O.W**.
