Key Responsibilities Include:

- First point of contact for inbound calls and addressing customer inquiries
- Handle Tier 1 technical queries by providing timely and effective resolutions
- Log, track, and follow up on customer complaints, ensuring swift closure and customer satisfaction
- Enter customer purchase orders into the system, including online orders, warranty-related orders
- Maintain and manage the pricing matrix, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Prepare and distribute customer back order reports to channel partners, facilitating effective communication and order fulfilment

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Experience in Sales Support, Customer Care or order entry positions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and advanced MS Excel skills
- Experience working with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as MS Dynamics or Salesforce
- Highly energetic, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers
