Using your expertise, you will assist with scope requirements, field design documentation, and change request testing. You will also act as an “expert” product resource for customers and will be expected to communicate and prioritise customer requirements to other areas of the business. A focal point of your role involves optimising overall efficiency and performance by identifying opportunities to enhance internal processes.
The Marketing Ops & Content Executive role will focus on supporting the Marketing team’s campaign efforts and lead management operations through designing and implementing effective campaign content and messaging, as well as contributing to the development of end-to-end marketing processes and automations to support the expansion and growth of ReadyTech’s services and products within the Education & Work Pathways segment.
**Skills and Experience**:
- An understanding of the marketing funnel and conversion optimisation.
- Outstanding analytical and reporting skills, working with complex datasets to understand performance, optimize campaigns, drive decision-making, and measure
- outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience utilising and optimising marketing automation tools including CRM, Google Ads, Google Analytics and paid social.
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or a related field.
- 1-2 years’ experience in B2B marketing, ideally within the technology or education sector.
