**About the Role...**

Under the guidance of the Team Leader - GIS, Asset Data and Systems, the Asset GIS and Data Officer is responsible for the capture and maintenance of accurate, up to date asset data in the Council’s Geographic Information System (GIS) and Asset Management System (AMS) databases.

To be successful in this role you will need to have formal qualifications in GIS and data management systems, or equivalent with at least three (3) years’ demonstrated experience in a relevant work setting, or hold qualifications specialising in Geographic Information Systems, or equivalent, with at least one (1) year of demonstrated experience in a relevant work setting.
