- Required - Baseline Clearance
- Assess and monitor the performance of grant recipients in accordance with grant agreement and program guidelines.
- Build strong relationships with grant recipients to assist them to deliver and manage issues and risks.
- Provide information about service delivery to relevant stakeholders.

**Client Details**

Our client is a high profile Federal Government Department engaging with Adecco to deliver a range of Grants Programs Nationally.

**Description**
- Maintain knowledge of relevant program guidelines, legislation and policy frameworks.
- Identify, document and escalate issues and risks.
- Prepare high quality accurate correspondence, submissions and briefings/responses.
- Adhere to standard processes and identify improvements.
- A positive team member and collaborator able to use, or quickly learn to use, a range of corporate information technology systems and databases
- A strong communicator, both verbal and written, with demonstrated ability to prepare a variety of correspondence and reports with moderate complexity
- able to communicate with influence to deliver clear messages and negotiate positive outcomes with internal and external stakeholders
- A planner who sees tasks through to completion and seeks feedback and guidance when required
- Able to develop sound knowledge of the role and functions of the department and understand how this relates to your work area
