**ABOUT THE POSITION** As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be actively promoting and driving device servicing, which will include administration and customer interaction. Your objective will be to support customers and the business to meet device service requirements, build customer relationships, and achieve targets.

You will need to possess excellent communication skills to effectively present and satisfy existing customers about the value and benefits of the service products we offer. This role requires a self motivated and target-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced service environment.

The Customer Service Administrator will contribute to the growth of service revenue. You will work closely with the Admin Manager and other team members to meet service Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and maintain strong customer relationships.

**ABOUT YOU** You must be eager to learn and comfortable working autonomously and within a small team environment. To be successful in the role you require:

- Proven experience in Customer service or a similar role min 2 years preferred;
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers over the phone;
- Strong negotiation abilities & Familiarity with customer service techniques and principles;
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets;
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team;
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building and maintaining customer relationships;
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and a dynamic service environment;
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and the internal team;
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; and
- Proficient in using computers, ERP systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
