Office Administrator

This well-established company is one of the largest, most diverse and successful corrosion engineering company in the world specialising in Cathodic Protection.
Due to internal growth in their Sydney office, we have a great new opportunity for a Office Administrator to join on a temporary basis, with potential to go permanent after 6 months.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Data entry into numerous portals and systems
- Invoice processing
- Enter Engineering quotes, reports, and other documents, typically in MS word or excel.
- Create Timesheets and Expenses into MYOB A for various Engineering Team members as required
- General administration duties and support
Essentially, you will have previous administrational experience within a medium to large business. Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills along with a good knowledge of MS Office will also be required.
