- Please note that this position is multi-classified as either a AHA-2 or AHA-3._

Provide assistance and support within the Geriatric Evaluation Management (GEM) Unit at the Strathalbyn Hospital in the delivery of allied health services to patients/clients of the community and acute setting under the supervision of an allied health professional. May support the wider patient population within the Strathalbyn hospital and Residential Aged Care Site.

Duties include client contact, group work, resource development and delegated administration work. The role may include prioritising referrals, home based visits and reviews, developing service plans, maintenance of waiting lists, working with individuals or groups. Liaison with clients, families, professional staff and other health agencies in the region.
