**About the Opportunity**

Are you a dynamic and detail-oriented professional seeking an exciting opportunity in the Chief Medical Office team? Qscan Group is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as the **Credentialling & Rostering Officer. **This key role is focused on providing administrative support services with a primary emphasis on Radiologist Support within our national Clinic network. This is a **max-term contract** ending 4th of October 2024 based in the Clayfield Office.

As the **Credentialling & Rostering Officer**, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless onboarding, rostering, and credentialing of our clinical team.

**Your primary responsibilities will include**:

- Overseeing the end-to-end Doctor roster management process, including roster creation, roster updates, leave management, communication, workforce analysis and planning.
- Provide support to the Doctors with travel bookings, CPD records and day to day support.
- Assist with the clinical compliance and administrative tasks such as Medicare, credentialing, onboarding new Doctors and filing.
- Have opportunities to attend events held for our Doctors.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects as required by the Chief Medical Office team.

- Rostering experience very highly desirable.
