**THE ROLE**

The YMCA of South Australia is seeking Gymnastics Head Coach at our Glengowrie Gymnastics Centre, to lead the Competitive and Non-Competitive programs at the Centre. We are looking for a dynamic and energetic high-level coach who can inspire and lead a dedicated coaching team to develop lifelong fundamental skills.

As a Gymnastics Head Coach, you will:

- Lead gymnastics programs through planning, facilitating and coaching gymnastics programs and delivering school holiday activities
- Identify program innovation and improvement opportunities and work with staff to implement
- Assist in co-ordinating the rostering of staff for programs and support recruitment of staff and volunteers
- Support in marketing initiatives for programs through planning promotional activity, developing social media content and filming programs for promotion purposes
- Mentor and develop the gymnastics coaches

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Gymnastics Australia Advanced Coach Certification
- (HLTAID009) Provide CPR Certificate
- (HLTAID011) Provide First Aid Certificate
- Certificate of completion for “Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect” (RRHAN-EC) Masterclass training
