Security Supervisor

**Woods & Co **have partnered with a well-established security group, and we’re on the hunt for experienced, confident security guards to step into this Security Supervisor Role.

- Typical hours of 5pm - 1am
- Up to 40 hours each week
**What do you do?**
- Be a team player and lead your team on shift
- Supervise general security operation in & outside venues
- Maintain morale and direction of multiple security guards on shift
- Engage with clients on-site and act as a main point of contact
- Solve problems and professionally handle situations arising
- Exhibit a friendly demeanor when engaging with customers, clients & management
**What do you need?**
- Valid Security License
- Previous experience in security supervising operations
- Weekend availability is a non negotiable
- Full working rights in Australia
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility with hours
- Drivers License + Car
- Can-do attitude
