Eden Ritchie is seeking a Principal Project Officer to solve and redesigning/enhancing and designing learning sessions and other learning resources with the participant at the centre.

**As the Principal Project Officer, your key responsibilities will include**:
- Consult with participant representatives across Business Managers and Principals
- Consult with finance team representatives to;
- Understand the needs/problems to solve
- Liaise on content and progress
- Sit with and collaborate with the Learning and Development team to ensure alignment with Department's learning resources
- Review, redesign and design learning resources with the view to increasing consistency, having a contemporary look and feel aligned with Department learning resources and an improved participant experience
