We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our Retail Marketing Team. Working across a number of shopping centres across Australia, you will provide vital strategic guidance to maximize the digital performance of our client’s centres.Reporting to the Content Marketing Manager, this position presents an exciting opportunity for someone with proven digital marketing skills, developing leadership skills and an interest in retail to make the role their own. Offering a unique opportunity to combine content creation and digital analytics the role requires collaboration with the wider centre management team to introduce ongoing and seasonal digital marketing campaigns for shopping centres. To be successful in this role you will be highly motivated to excel, an enthusiastic team player and be able to demonstrate superior communication and interpersonal skills, in return for full creative freedom over the online presence of the shopping centres online channels.**About the role**:

- Develop effective and engaging social media strategies across platforms
- Provide guidance for shoot execution of digital content (in collaboration with our in-house videographer and graphic designer)
- Develop, implement and report on all digital marketing strategies (including Google and Facebook Ads, paid and organic, creating and tracking Google Analytics events)
- Develop and implement performance improvement and optimisation initiatives
- Working with Centre Managers & Marketing Managers to ensure up-to-date centre information
- Develop initiatives to grow Centre databases
- Devise new customer engagement initiatives around key seasonal periods
- Review new technologies to place the shopping centre at the forefront of digital innovation
- Collaborate with departments to provide digital concepts to customer data acquisition strategies, ensuring executions adhere to privacy laws.

**About you**:

- Qualifications in Marketing and 2+ years digital marketing experience is highly desirable
- Understanding and/or experience in Google Analytics, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Pixels and Ads Manager
- Capacity to work autonomously and work directly with clients
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
- Collaborative team player who enjoys a fast-paced work environment
- Overall passion for digital marketing, social media and content marketing
