From that, I am actively recruiting a **Quarry Supervisor** to join the team based at one of their quarries between Brisbane and Gold Coast.

**The Role**:
As **Quarry Supervisor**, you will report directly to the Quarry Manager and be responsible for day to day operations of the plant. This includes team and asset management as well as ensuring production targets are achieved as required. This is an opportunity to work in a well performing and close knit team who enjoy rolling up their sleeves whilst having some fun along the way. This is a full time permanent position that offers stability as well an amazing backdrop like no other

**The Skills Required**:

- **Must have previous quarry experience and/or Cert IV in Extraction Industries**:

- Goods management and leadership skills working with teams
- Intermediate skills working with Microsoft and Excel
- A problem solver, someone who can make decisions on the go
- As always, someone who leads by example and champions a safe working environment
